Sophie Costes, curator at the MAMCO, reflects on one of the first works installed at the museum during the major exhibition dedicated to the German artist Martin Kippenberger in 1994: the MOMAS’ Projekt. A discreet piece, this orientation table sealed into the floor at the museum’s entrance has been part of the permanent display ever since.
