The Dial-A-Poem Switzerland project continues its international outreach by taking over the Pro Helvetia booth—the Swiss arts council dedicated to promoting Swiss culture—at the Frankfurt Book Fair (Frankfurter Buchmesse). Recognized as the world’s largest trade fair for publishing, this event offers a unique opportunity to showcase Swiss literary culture on the broadest possible scale.

For the fourth consecutive year, Pro Helvetia presents a program of readings, debates, and workshops as part of OFF Stage Switzerland. Throughout the fair, this space, curated by Annina Niederberger and Nuria Sublet, will invite Swiss voices to reflect on the pressing issues of our time and offer visitors the chance to discover the emblematic project by John Giorno. Visitors will be able to dial the number to listen to a selection of poems from the 30 Swiss voices brought together by the MAMCO and Giorno Poetry Systems. This activation resonates with Pro Helvetia’s mission: to circulate Switzerland’s cultural and linguistic diversity and to demonstrate that poetry remains a powerful medium for connecting audiences and stimulating international dialogue.
