This summer, MAMCO is teaming up with the Scène Ella Fitzgerald to host a mix by Olivier Ducret* from 7:30 to 8:30 pm before the Jeff Mills* concert at Parc La Grange.. Before the festival, enjoy a convivial offer in the heart of the Eaux-Vives district. There will be a special opening of the Psot Netebras Xul exhibition with music and a bar, as well as flash visits at 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm. It's free and no registration is required, but it's subject to availability.

*Olivier Ducret is a pioneer of electronic music in Switzerland. He has been the artistic director of the Mental Groove Records label since 1988. He contributed to the rise of techno through his work as a rave party organizer, record dealer, graphic designer, and, above all, DJ. Since 2013, he has co-managed the WRWTFWW label with Stephan Armleder and, since 2015, Musique Pour La Danse. The latter is a catalog with over 500 references, where the past, present, and future intertwine in fluid sonic continuity. It is a territory of exploration without borders, encompassing reissues, experimentation, and original creations that remain firmly anchored in their original roots.

*Jeff Mills, a living legend of electronic music and a Detroit techno pioneer, has been pushing the boundaries of the genre since the 1980s. The Axis Records founder with over 70 albums to his name, seamlessly blends techno with contemporary art and sci-fi aesthetics. His project Tomorrow Comes the Harvest, initially created with Afrobeat icon Tony Allen (Fela Kuti’s legendary drummer), fuses electronic music with improvisation. Following Allen’s passing, Mills continues the journey with P. Edouard and J-P. Dary, shaping an organic, mystical sound that transcends all border.
